Ring Route 3 (Minami Tozuka area)

　Ring Route 3 (Minami Tozuka area) is a district that includes a lamp section that connects to National Route 1 Downline. The project has been underway since 1987, and the structure of the bridge has been almost completed. In fiscal 2021, the construction of the National Highway No. 1 descending line was completed and opened in March 2022 together with the Tozuka district.

　Currently, seismic reinforcement work on bridges is underway, and the intersection of the main line and the National Highway No. 1 descending line lamp will be completed along with the maintenance of the Gumizawa area.
