About partial revision such as Yokohama-shi environmental impact assessment regulations enforcement regulations

Along with the revision of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law, a part of the Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance was revised (promulgated on December 28, 2012, partially enforced on April 1, 2013, all enforced on July 1) .
In this ordinance revision, we added holding of method book briefing session by company newly so that citizens can deepen their understanding of contents of book about environmental impact assessment. In addition, in response to the revision of the Enforcement Ordinance of the Environmental Impact Assessment Law, wind power generation facilities have been added to environmental assessments in Motoichi.
Regarding these additions, we revised a part of the "Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance Enforcement Regulations", "Yokohama City Environmental Consideration Guidelines" and "Yokohama City Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Guidelines" and established necessary matters.
