Operations of the Violation Countermeasures Section
The Violation Countermeasures Section provides guidance on correcting violations for violations of the following laws and regulations. In addition, we comprehensively take measures against violations, such as preventive activities through public relations and patrols in some areas for the purpose of early detection.

Three Policys of the Violation Countermeasures Section
Do not violate (prevention publicity and awareness)
• Enlightenment of maintenance and management of fire doors by distributing fire door stickers
• Cooperation between the Violation Countermeasures Section and related organizations
Do not overlook violations (early detection and early correction)
• Early detection of violations and reminder of completion inspection by patrolling properties that have not been tested for completion inspection in accordance with the Violation Building Prevention Week
• Enlightenment of appropriate maintenance of setback part by patrol of narrow road
• Cooperation between the Violation Countermeasures Section and related organizations
Do not allow violations (safety-oriented corrective guidance)
• In order to protect citizens' lives, health and property from the dangers of disasters such as fires and landslide, corrective guidance focused on ensuring safety.
