Audiovisual materials rental

In order to promote awareness of traffic safety awareness, we rent DVDs free of charge for staff of city public offices and public organizations, members of each group in the city, and workers of city offices.
The list of audiovisual materials is as follows.
In addition, please read each item of "loan method" below carefully when using.

DVDs for infants, elementary school students, junior high school students, and high school students (DA)
DVD (DB) for the general public
DVDs for the elderly (DC)

Decide up to two DVDs to borrow, and then make a reservation by phone.
The loan period is one week in principle.

As a general rule, in the case of lending and returning, please come to this section directly.
In order to prevent damage, etc., we ask that this section come to the agency and return it, but if the next agency is difficult, return by home delivery service with compensation is possible on a trial basis.
However, because it is expensive, you may be required to compensate if it is damaged.
Please borrow and return video software from Monday to Friday (8: 45-17: 15).
Also, please submit a usage report at the time of return.
If you wish to return by a courier service with compensation, be sure to check with the person in charge when borrowing.

２．There is a postal tracking service, which also reduces the risk of loss.
３．There is a delivery notification service, and you can see that it was indeed returned.
４．There is compensation for damages, and compensation for the actual loss (up to 300,000 yen) will be made.
