"Free use" and "Use requiring permission"
There are two main types of park use: "free use" and "use that requires permission". It is "free use" that children play with playground equipment and take a walk, but for those that temporarily monopolize the park, such as athletic meet, it becomes "use requiring permission".
In this Q&A, we will explain the two types of use with specific examples.
*Specific examples of "Use requiring permission": Athletic meet, disaster drill, Bon Odori, Mochitsuki Tournament, etc.
