Urban Development Bureau's Individual Facility Plan

　Urban Development Bureau has been working to improve the safety, comfort and convenience of the city by promoting urban development and sustainable growth in each area. Currently, it manages approximately 60 facilities, including elevators and escalators and pedestrian decks.
　For these facilities, which are citizen-use facilities, from the viewpoint of safety, economic efficiency and importance, we have formulated an “Individual Facility Plan” in order to appropriately conduct diagnosis, repair, renewal,conservation and other measures.
　The content has been revised from the perspective of extending the service life and leveling the cost of renewing conservation.
　In this review, "Part 1 Common Items", "Part 2 Elevators" and "Part 3 Elevators Individual Facilities Other than Elevators" were reorganized as one "Individual Facility Plan".
