Targets of District Planning | This area is located on a hilly area in the northwestern part of Sakae Ward, and has been developed mainly for detached houses since the late 1940s. Since 1973, a building agreement has been signed. On the other hand, more than 30 years have passed since the development, and rebuilding and expansion are increasing.
