Targets of District Planning

 The area around JR and Totsuka Station under the "Yokohama Medium-Term Plan" is positioned as a base around railway stations to focus on creating unique and attractive towns. Under the Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan and Totsuka Ward Plan, the area around Totsuka Station is a city base where various functions such as business, commerce, and culture are concentrated. In the vicinity of Totsuka Station, urban areas such as the Tozuka Station Central Land Readjustment Project and the Totsuka Station West Exit District 1 Redevelopment Project are underway.
 Among them, the Tozuka Ekimae District Central Land Readjustment Project eliminates traffic congestion and eliminates traffic congestion by improving public facilities such as the City Planning Road No. 3.4.7 Kashio Totsuka Line and improving the urban area around Totsuka Station. This is a project that is being promoted with the aim of creating a new buzz through integrated town development in the east and west of Totsuka Station.
 This area is about 0.1 km to 0.6 km north of Totsuka Station, and has been examining town development to protect the area of the Tozuka station square district central land readjustment project and a good living environment centered on detached houses. It is a district that includes some areas of Yabemachi and Totsukamachi.
 In this district plan, in line with the Tozuka Ekimae District Central Land Readjustment Project, we systematically form and preserve an urban environment where living and liveliness are in harmony, and preserve a good living environment in some areas of Yabemachi and Totsukamachi. The goal is to do.

Land Use Policy Depending on the characteristics of the district, land use will be guided by the following policies.

(A Commercial Zone)
Along with the development of urban infrastructure, the conservation will create a commercial area where various functions such as business, commerce and urban housing are integrated. A The commercial zone stipulates restrictions on the use of buildings and restrictions on form design of buildings, etc., in order to form a commercial area where various functions are concentrated and to create liveliness along some roads such as National Road No. 1.
