Targets of District Planning | The area around JR and Totsuka Station under the "Yokohama Medium-Term Plan" is positioned as a base around railway stations to focus on creating unique and attractive towns. Under the Yokohama City Urban Planning Master Plan and Totsuka Ward Plan, the area around Totsuka Station is a city base where various functions such as business, commerce, and culture are concentrated. In the vicinity of Totsuka Station, urban areas such as the Tozuka Station Central Land Readjustment Project and the Totsuka Station West Exit District 1 Redevelopment Project are underway. |
