Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 7 The site, use, form, and building equipment of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The building shall be a single-family house (including two-family living together) and shall be a dedicated house or a combined house (meaning a combined house stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 338 of 1950) and a clinics shared house).
(2) The site cannot be divided.
(3) The height of the building must not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface of the site.
(4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(5) No wastewater other than sewage should be connected to sewage basins and drainage other than rainwater should be connected to rainwater basins.
