(Standards for Buildings)

Article 6 Sites, uses and forms of buildings in the agreement area do not conform to the standards stipulated in the following items.

(1) Building applications include single-family homes (including two-family living together homes) and clinics (excluding animal clinics).

(3) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in the following cases.

(4) Block walls attached to buildings, etc., with a height of 2m or more must not be built.
