City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau is engaged in the MOTTAINAI Mosaic Art, which is created with citizens as an initiative to reduce food loss. Approximately 4,000 citizens wrote a message to reduce food loss and created a mosaic art poster based on the collected photos.
