If I smoke heated tobacco in a smoking-free area, is it subject to fines?
A
Heated tobacco is included in manufactured tobacco under the Tobacco Business Law (those subject to tobacco tax) and is subject to fines.
In smoking-free areas, we ask that you smoke heated tobacco in smoking areas.
