Last updated on December 8, 2023.
What is the difference?
This is the oversized garbage collection system for those who have difficulty bringing oversized garbage to the collection site. (Elderly people, people with disabilities, certified caregivers, etc., who live alone in principle)
I will visit the subject's home to collect oversized garbage.
Target person
In principle, elderly people living alone or people with disabilities who have difficulty bringing oversized garbage to the collection site. (Those who fall under any of the following items and find it difficult to bring oversized garbage to the collection site by themselves.)
<Persons who are subject to take-out collection >>
- Elderly people aged 65 and over
- Persons with disabilities
- Those who are certified as needing nursing care
- Those who have individual factors from a welfare point of view approved by the director of Asahi Office
*Those who have individual factors from a welfare point of view recognized by the director of Asahi Office refer to the following persons.
- Pregnant women (pregnancy or up to 8 weeks after childbirth)
- Diseased person (one whose physical strength or physical function is temporarily reduced)
As a general rule, it is intended for those living alone, but even if there is a family living together, if the cohabitant is an elderly person and is in the same state as the person, it will be subject to take-out collection.)
★Specifically, decisions will be made rationally at the stage of the preliminary survey.
Precautions for taking out and collecting
- Yokohama City will not be liable in principle if the goods at the target person's home are damaged due to a simple work accident.
- oversized garbage collection fee will be charged the same amount as usual oversized garbage collection.
- For those who have individual factors from a welfare point of view, approved by the director of Asahi Office, we will see materials that can explain the target requirements. (Mother and Child Handbook, Medical Certificate, etc.)
- The number limit for one take-out collection is limited to 10.
- There are also emissions that are not subject to take-out collection. (Emissions that cannot be taken out of the doorway unless disassembled or moved other furniture is removed, etc.)
