・Usage time From month to Saturday (including holidays) 9:00 to 12:00 13:00 to 16:00
・Applicable to those who live, work, or attend school in the city and are not for profit.
・One person can use it once a month.
・After confirming the goods at the time of the next agency, you will be required to apply (first come, first served).
・Due to the first-come, first-served basis by the next agency, items in the list may have already been collected.
・You can't reserve it by phone or other means.
・The items you have applied for will be taken home on the day. In addition, it is not possible.
