What is the Yokohama Housing Policy Council?

In response to the mayor's consultation, we investigate and discuss important matters related to housing policy in Motoichi.
Important matters related to housing policy are necessary to promote housing policies in response to changes in socio-economic conditions, including diverse citizen needs and trends in countries, based on a long-term perspective.

• The committee consists of no more than 25 members, one chairman and two vice chairmans.
• A special subcommittee was established as necessary to investigate and discuss specific matters.
• The council will be appointed by the appointment of the mayor from the Yokohama City staff and assist the committee members.
• General affairs of the council shall be handled in Housing and Architecture Bureau.
