Do you know the Service Dog Act for the Disabled?

The purpose of this law is to support people with physical disabilities to work in society with assistance dogs for the physically handicapped (hereinafter referred to as "assistant dogs"), and in May 2002. Was established.
A part of the law was amended in December 2007, and it was mandatory to accept the use of assistance dogs at private establishments.
The Service Dog Law for the Disabled mainly stipulates the following.
- In addition to facilities managed by the national and local governments, public transportation such as trains and buses cannot be refused to be accompanied by "assistance dogs".
- Private facilities used by unspecified large numbers of people, such as hotels, restaurants, and department stores, cannot be refused with "assistance dogs".
- A person accompanied by a service dog must display the service dog, secure hygiene, and manage it so that facility managers and those who use the facility at the same time can accept it with peace of mind.
- In private establishments of a certain size (56 or more full-time workers) employing persons with disabilities, in principle, persons with disabilities who work will refuse to use assistance dogs as well as establishments in the national government. I can't.
