COVID-19 infection declaration of a state of emergency

 On April 7, 2020, the government issued the declaration of a state of emergency in Kanagawa Prefecture, and on April 9, the Ministry of the Environment requested related organizations to discuss matters to be considered at business sites based on COVID-19 infection declaration of a state of emergency.
 Please refer to the following items to prevent the spread of infection in COVID-19 infection.

Matters to be considered

・For gatherings with "three secrets", refrain from holding them (restrictions on holding events)
・Thoroughly implement general hygiene measures such as hand washing and cough etiquette
・Avoid "three secrets" in the workplace
・If possible, promote teleworking (telework)
・Active use of staggered commuting and bicycle commuting
・Enhance ventilation, etc. at business sites
・Exemption from work for workers with cold symptoms such as fever and recommendation to refrain from going out.
・Promote the use of videoconferencing (reducing travel through business trips)
