For those who wish to work as a nursing care profession and for nursing care staff at city nursing care service establishments aiming to acquire qualifications, start nursing care staff training, and provide nursing care staff newcomers training, and provide nursing care services. We provide integrated support for employment at offices.

We support corporations that rent new homes for nursing care staff.

[1]The corporation rents housing in the city managed by the Urban Renaissance Agency, the Kanagawa Prefectural Housing Supply Corporation and the Yokohama City Housing Supply Corporation, or private rental housing in the city, [2] the care staff resides, and [3] the care staff engages in local activities. The maximum subsidy per month is 20,000 yen for those who have become newly subsidized care staff since 2023, and 30,000 yen for those who have been subsidized since 2022. It is.

For each application year, you can apply up to four people per facility, except for the number of staff who have already applied by the previous year.
※Do not ask the person to bear the cost of housing leases. However, if the burden of the project implementer exceeds the subsidy of Motoichi, the burden can be requested to the person within the range of the excess amount.

This subsidy will not be subsidized unless care staff lives. The confirmation will be made in resident certificate, so if you decide to live, please transfer resident certificate to your leased residence immediately.

This subsidy is provided that care staff members perform local activities. The corporation consults with people such as Neighborhood Association and decides on local activities performed by the nursing care staff.
