About inspection of radioactive material tap water

Regarding radioactive material in tap water, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare notified “Settings of Management Target Values for radioactive material in Tap Water” (No. 0305, No. 2 (PDF: 393KB) dated March 5, 2012), and new management target values have been set from April 1, 2012. Based on this notice, Yokohama City conducts inspections of radioactive material of tap water. For recent test results, please refer to the radioactive material measurement results for tap water and raw tap water.
