In Water Works Bureau, we have set up water supply spots to ensure that the quality of tap water in Yokohama is of good quality. You can drink cold tap water at the water supply spot. Please drop in with your own bottle.

Installation process
We start use of water supply spot from April 1, 2025 to have you realize that tap water of Yokohama is of good quality by having many people who came to the agency drink.
In addition, we will promote the fact that tap water is cheaper than PET bottle water and that it is supplied based on a strict water quality management system through digital signage installed next to the water supply spot.

The design of the water supply spot was decided by general vote from the three proposals.

History of Installation
As the first water supply spot in City of Yokohama, Water Works Bureau, it was installed in Nogeyama Zoo, where many child-rearing generations and children visit, and started using it on July 23, 2024.
We will gradually increase the number of installation locations.
