We gave a greeting at the opening ceremony of the 58th International Tropical Timber board member in Pacifico-yokohama.
The International Tropical Woods Organization (ITTO) is the only international organization headquartered in Yokohama. For more than 30 years, it has been a great asset and pride for Yokohama City to build a close relationship with ITTO.
We hope that ITTO's efforts toward conservation and sustainable management of tropical forest resources will help solve global issues, and Yokohama City will continue to work as a member of the international community to decarbonize and achieve the SDGs.
