Yokohama City has concluded a partnership agreement with the Pokemon Will You Foundation on the development of the next generation. As a specific initiative, I visited a third-year programming class at Terao Elementary School in Tsurumi Ward.
I realized the effect that children could learn programming thinking while having fun like a game as they moved Pokemon characters and put music according to the scene.
Going forward, we will continue to work hard to foster the next generation who will lead the future of Yokohama.
