We invited Mr. Casad, Chairman of the World Triathlon (International Federation) and other related parties to the Mayor's Residence to exchange opinions.
Mr. Casad expressed his gratitude for holding the "2024 World Triathlon Yokohama Tournament" and concluding a five-year agreement, and expressed his expectations for the event in Yokohama.
I reported that I reflected the knowledge of the visit to the Hamburg Games in this tournament, and continued to work closely with the World Triathlon to enhance the presence of "Yokohama, the city of triathlon and paratriathlon."
We will continue to work toward the further development of the Games.
