Disclosure of income and expenditure reports, etc.
In order to ensure appropriateness and transparency, denominations and members of the Diet who have received the cost of government affairs have submitted a copy of their income and expenditure income and expenditure reports and receipts related to expenditures to the chair. The submitted income and expenditure reports can be viewed by anyone.
Please refer to the “Summary of Government Activity Costs” page for the system of Government Activity Costs.
Disclosure of Income and Expenditure Report
The income and expenditure report on government affairs activity expenses issued after 2023 (May to March) is also available on the Internet.
Please refer to the “Balance Report for each fiscal year” page.
Viewing and copying copies of income and expenditure reports and receipts
As a general rule, it can be viewed from around July 30 of the year following the year in which it was issued. You don't need to make a reservation.
The browsing period is five years from the day after the last day of the period during which the income and expenditure report should be submitted.

In principle, items within one year of publication are arranged.
If you would like to view past income and expenditure reports that are not arranged, please contact City Council Bureau Secretary and Public Relations Section in advance to see them without waiting time.

Copying procedures
Copies of income and expenditure reports and receipts can be copied at the City Hall 3F "Municipal Government Publications and Goods Sales Corner". If you wish to make a copy, please let us know at the library reception desk.
You will be responsible for the cost of copying.
