Yokohama City Council Parliamentarians' Workshop was held in 2023.

　
　On Thursday, November 30, we invited Takuya Tsuji, a professor at the Graduate School of Law, Hitotsubashi University, as a lecturer, and held a workshop for parliamentarians at the Yokohama City Council Plenary Hall on the theme of "Toward the Realization of Diverse Big City System."
　Professor Tsuji gave a lecture on the merits of the special municipal system, such as improving administrative services and eliminating double administration, as well as the widespread effects of local autonomy system reform in large cities throughout the country.
