Petitions and Petitions
When there is opinion or request about municipal administration, anyone can submit petition or petition to City Counsil.
When submitting a petition, you need to introduce a member of the city council.
In the case of a petition, there is no need to introduce a member of the city council.
In the case of a petition, after examination by the Standing Committee, etc., the plenary session determines whether it is adopted or rejected, and notifies the petitioner of the result.
In the case of petition, petition regarding the decision of the parliamentary institution, such as requesting that the parliament submit a written opinion to the relevant administrative agency, is referred to the Standing Committee, etc., and the results of the examination are reported to the plenary session. After that, the petitioner will be notified.
About other petition (petitions about request to administration), the chairperson requests answer such as the mayors and notifies petitioner to that effect.
In addition, please note that depending on the contents of the petition, such as those seeking acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, it may be handled not to request examination by the committee or answer from the mayor.
