Aoba Ward Youth Community Center (Aoba Community Terrace)

"Third Place for Junior and Senior High School Students" is neither school nor home. It is a free space where you can spend time with each person's thoughts, such as a free space where you can interact with staff and other users, and a personal space where you can drop in and enjoy studying and reading alone. In addition, we support social participation programs such as the implementation of events planned and operated by junior and senior high school students and volunteer activities.
In addition, there is a counseling room where junior and senior high school students and parents who have difficulty can consult with experts with peace of mind. Continuous consultation and cooperation with related organizations as needed are also possible.

We received 33 applications from November 18 to December 15 for nicknames for Aoba Ward Youth Community Centers. As a result of a nickname decision workshop on December 19, it was decided to be "Aoba Community Terrace". As a facility located in Aoba Ward (Aoba) and a place for multi-generational exchanges, Terrace (Terrace) decided to use this nickname to "illuminate" the atmosphere of the place and the future of Aoba.

"Aoba Community Terrace" has the meaning of illuminating the future of Aoba Ward and each of us.
Based on the collected designs, a selection was made at the symbol mark study workshop, and a professional Bono was asked to design, and the symbol mark was determined.
