Depending on the congestion at the counter, it may not be possible to issue it on the same day, so please come with plenty of time.
For the time being, Reception hours, which is a regional delivery of family register, will be available from 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays.
※We do not provide wide-area grants at the open agency on Saturday.
