Since fiscal 2017, Aoba Ward has been implementing the Eco-Related dispatch lecture/off site lecture program to raise awareness of environmental issues in elementary school studenｔ in order to raise awareness toward de-warming and energy-generating actions. Aoba Ward will dispatch organizations that provide environmental education to elementary schools, etc. free of charge.

How to apply
| 1 | Consultation on attendance | If you wish to attend the course, please contact Aoba Ward Ward Administration Promotion Division. |

| 2 | Application | Please apply using the electronic application system at least one month before the implementation. We share information from ward office to lecture conduct group. |
| 3 | Determination date and time of prior meeting | After receiving the application, the ward office will coordinate the meeting schedule between elementary schools and groups. |
| 4 | Preliminary Meeting | Confirm the following contents at elementary schools and groups. Course date and time, content, number of participants, necessity of equipment such as microphones and PCs, classroomemergency contact number, etc. |
| 5 | After the course | As we send questionnaire by e-mail from ward office to elementary schools which we attended, I would like answer. |
