[2nd] We sent a letter of commission from the mayor of Yokohama to the 29th Youth Instructors

　Youth instructors have been recommended by organizations such as Neighborhood Association, and have been commissioned by the Mayor of Yokohama and the prefectural governor for two years to work so that the young people who will lead the next generation can grow richly in the community.　　
　On April 18, the 29th Youth Instructor Commissioning Ceremony was held, and the Youth Instructors were given a letter of commission on behalf of the Mayor of Yokohama, and gave a greeting.
　Approximately 80 youth instructors from each district participated in the commission ceremony, and after the commission ceremony, Mr. Koshida, Chairman of the Aoba Ward Youth Instructor Liaison Council, provided training on the roles and activities of youth instructors.
　In addition to basic activities such as planning and operation of various events in each region and monitoring activities such as night patrols, I am very grateful to the youth instructors for their great cooperation in Aoba Ward events such as the Aoba Ward Festival and the Aoba Ward Marathon.
　Schools, homes, governments, and communities want to work together to nurture youth for the realization of "Aoba, a town that wants to continue living and wants to live in."
