Kirat Asahi Plan (1st Asahi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) (from FY2006 to FY2010)

　Asahi Ward formulated the first Asahi Ward Community Welfare Plan from 2004 to 2017. In this plan, we aim to realize a more comfortable city. Inhabitant of a ward and administration, company talk about living problem and push forward the solution.
　In Asahi Ward, the ward was divided into 15 regions and planned for each region. The ward office, community care plaza, ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, etc. will support the efforts in the community compiled with everyone.
　The implementation and review period of the first plan is five years from 2006 to 2010.
