About acceptance of boundary investigation (consignment method) application such as road waterways in 2025

About boundary investigation application such as road waterway by public expenditure of 2025, we accept from April 1, 2025.
The details are as follows.

Application period

From Tuesday, April 1, Reiwa 7 to Tuesday, April 8, 2015 to 5:00 pm

How to apply

  1. Please fill out the following "Reception Form" with required items and submit or mail it to the Asahi Public Works Office Administration Section Boundary Investigator. (postmark valid on April 8)
  2. “Reception Form” (PDF: 48KB)
    ※At this time, it is not necessary to submit a boundary survey application for roads and waterways and attached documents. In the case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be held.
  3. After receiving the "Reception Form", a (copy) with the "Reference Number" will be issued to the applicant. The "reference number" will be the lottery number, so please keep it in a safe place until the lottery date.
    ※To those submitted by mail, a copy (copy) with the "reference number" will be mailed. If you do not receive a copy of your reference number by Tuesday, April 15, please contact the Asahi Public Works Office Administration Section Boundary Investigator by telephone.

How to confirm the lottery date and lottery results

  1. Friday, April 18, 2025
  2. The "reference number" won on the lottery date will be posted on the Asahi Public Works Office web page. In addition, those who have the winning reference number will be mailed the "Flow of Future Procedures" and "Consent Form". Please sign the "Consent Form" and submit it together with the boundary survey application for roads and waterways.
  3. In principle, applications for boundary surveys for roads and waterways and attached documents will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and conduct boundary surveys.


How to submit a boundary survey application for roads and waterways

Please submit it directly to the window of Administration Section Asahi Public Works Office.
※We will not be able to accept documents by mail because we check documents at the counter.

Application documents

  1. Roads and waterways boundary survey application (first style) (PDF: 182KB)
  2. Consent to the owner of the adjacent land registration form (No. 2 style) (PDF: 95KB)
    ※Consent registration form is required for all landowners (including co-owners) adjacent to the waterways to be surveyed.
    ※Please attach a certificate of entry that shows the land ownership of the witness consent.
  3. Guide map
    ※Please display the application point in red line.
  4. Public map (within 3 months from the date of issue)
    ※Please display the application point in red line.
  5. Certificate of entry of the place of application (within 3 months from the date of issue)
    ※If the landowner has not been renewed due to inheritance, please attach a document that shows ownership, such as certificate of family register or resident certificate.
  6. Roads and waterways in the boundary survey area boundary survey map or road ledger area map (if any)
    ※Please display the application point in red line.

Notes

1 If the application documents are incomplete, they will not be accepted.
Boundary surveys that can be completed within 2002 (until mid-March 2026) are eligible. Those that are not completed as of mid-March 2026 will be out of order.
3 As a general rule, a boundary survey will be conducted in the order of acceptance of application documents, but due to reasons such as the remaining budget and the scale of the survey, the order may be changed or implementation may not be possible after acceptance.
4 Even if the application has been accepted, if it is found that the budget exceeds the range of the budget during the survey, subsequent surveys will not be possible and may be out of order.
5 In the case of a large number of applications, two or more applications by the same applicant will not be accepted.
