Business description 

(1) Consultation and coordination on social activities and lifelong learning
(2) Collection and provision of information on social activities and lifelong learning
(3) Management and operation and lending of equipment and conference rooms
(4) Management of places for exchange
(5) Creation of business journals
(6) Planning, drafting, and implementation of independent businesses such as workshops and workshops
(7) Other support necessary for local lifelong learning, social movement promotion
(8) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work). Working hours only)

Eligibility

(1) Person who has experience in social activities, lifelong learning, local activities and volunteer activities

(4) Those who want to coordinate various people and groups to create new activities in the city
(5) Person who can operate PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet, etc.)

(7) Those who have graduated from junior high school as of April 1, 2025
(8) Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act

 From June 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
 ※If your work performance is good, you may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.
 ※Due to the application of the Local Public Service Act, the recruitment will be conditionally adopted, and if the number of working days in one month after recruitment does not meet 15 days, the conditional recruitment period may be extended.

 Asahi Ward Citizens' Activities Support Center “Minakuru” (2-82-1 Tsurugamine, Asahi-ku Cocolot Tsurugamine, 4th floor)
[Working days and working hours]
 6 hours per day 5 days a week (1 hour break) ※Rotation system (Saturday, Sundays, and public holidays)
 ※Example of working hours (including one hour break)
 (1) 8:45 am to 3:45 pm (2) 9:45 am to 4:45 pm
(3) 10:15 a.m.-5:15 p.m.   (4) From 1:45 pm to 8:45 pm   
 Days not required to work: The date specified by the director in advance so that there will be two days per week.

 ¥ 193,900 per month (*) Payment of end-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) separately
