We are recruiting investigators for the census in Reiwa 7 (2025)

With the deadline of October 1, 2025, the census will be conducted nationwide.
The census is the most important statistical survey conducted every five years for all people and households living in Japan.
In conducting the survey, we are looking for those who can engage in the survey. Before the start of the survey, we will explain the details of the work at the briefing session.
Please feel free to apply even if you have no experience.

1. Attendance at Investigator's briefing session (scheduled from September 1 to mid-September)
2. Confirmation of the area in charge
3. Explanation of survey and distribution of survey documents
4. Distribution of answer confirmation leaflets and collection of questionnaires (excluding households that submitted Internet responses and mail by mail)
5. Organizing and submitting collected questionnaires

From Monday, September 1 to Friday, October 31

• As a general rule, those over 20 years old
• Those who can keep secrets and conduct surveys to the end with responsibility
• Those who are not directly related to police or election activities

About 50 people

About 42,000 yen per survey area (approximately 50 households) (planned)

Please note that depending on the location of the survey area and investigators, the survey area may not be the desired survey area or the request of an investigator may not be possible.
