In light of the impact of the COVID-19 infection, the Kanagawa Prefecture Japan National Council of Social Welfare provides special loans to those who are worried about living funds due to leave of absence or unemployment, and the Japan National Council of Social Welfare serves as the contact point.

• Applications for "Emergency Small Funds" and "Comprehensive Support Funds (first time)" have been closed on September 30, 2022 (postmark valid on the day).
• It currently takes several weeks from the loan decision to the transfer. Please contact the Kanagawa National Council of Social Welfare (045-534-6082) for the status of the examination.
• Please refer to the following website for re-lending, extension of deferment period, and exemption from redemption.
