Due to a partial revision of the Enforcement Regulations of the Housing Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Law (enforced on August 28, 2020), the location of residential land or buildings subject to transactions in the flood hazard map created under the Flood Control Law has been newly positioned as an item to explain important matters.

If the inundation assumption of hazard map is difficult to see in terms of resolution, you can enter Address, etc. from the Wai Wai Disaster Prevention Map (Yokohama City Administrative Map Information System) (outside site) to expand and view the area.
Creation of hazard map based on Article 15 of the Flood Control Law in Motoichi

※The inundation area map alone cannot be positioned as a hazard map.
・hazard map: The inundation area map created by Kanagawa Prefecture, etc., contains information on how to transmit flood forecast, etc., as well as the evacuation sites, etc. (Article 15 of the Flood Control Law)
