Explanation on the Flood Control Law (explanation of important matters, etc.)

Due to a partial revision of the Enforcement Regulations of the Housing Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Law (enforced on August 28, 2020), the location of residential land or buildings subject to transactions in the flood hazard map created under the Flood Control Law has been newly positioned as an item to explain important matters.

※The inland water hazard map is not based on the Flood Control Law, but when dealing with residential land or buildings, please present the inland water hazard map here so that the other party can grasp the flood risk and provide information on the location of residential land and buildings subject to the transaction so that it can be useful for evacuation to heavy rain on a daily basis.

・Wai Wai Disaster Prevention Map (Yokohama City Administration Map Information Providing System): We publish inundation assumption area map which Kanagawa prefecture made. (Article 14-2 of the Flood Control Law)
※The inundation area map alone cannot be positioned as a hazard map.

・hazard map: The inundation area map created by Kanagawa Prefecture, etc., contains information on how to transmit flood forecast, etc., as well as the evacuation sites, etc. (Article 15 of the Flood Control Law)
