　If Kanagawa Prefecture designates the landslide warning area, etc. in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Measures to Prevent landslide in the landslide warning Area, etc. (commonly known as the landslide Prevention Law), Yokohama City has created and published the hazard map.
　The hazard map is an area that could cause damage in the event of landslide due to heavy rains caused by torrential rainfalls during the rainy season and typhoons, so that citizens can take appropriate actions such as evacuation when landslide is expected or landslide occurs.
　

　landslide hazard map shows the approximate location of the landslide warning area. The landslide warning area on the map is as of the time the landslide hazard map was created and may differ from the current status. For the latest designation status, please refer to the “Areas Potential landslide” on the Kanagawa Prefecture sediment disaster information Portal (outside site) or contact the Yokohama Kawasaki Flood Control Office in Kanagawa Prefecture.
