Education for newly hired staff
We have newly hired firefighters acquire the basic knowledge and skills necessary for firefighting work, and also foster "employees who can think and act on their own."

In-service education
In order to create a vibrant and powerful organization, we provide a wide range of education for management and operation managers, training for rescue workers, etc., and training courses for various qualifications.

Education for fire brigade Employees
In accordance with each job responsibilities and class, we provide education on discipline, procedures and safety management necessary for the activities of fire brigade.

Fire Bureau has established an annual education plan for the education of firefighters and members to promote staff education.
