Provision of e-mail for construction and commissioned design documents
In addition to requests for disclosure in accordance with the regulations, we also provide e-mail with regard to construction and outsourcing design documents ordered by Road and Highway Bureau and Public Works Office.
■Conditions for design documents that can be provided by e-mail
●About construction
Of the design documents published in "Yokohama bid door", those whose publication period has expired (three months have passed since the day after the contract date)
●Consignment
Of the following design documents distributed to the "Citizen Information Center", those whose placement period has expired (those two years have passed since the contract date)
◇Design documents arranged
1 Design documents for the third industry: civil engineering design, surveying, and geological survey
2 Street tree maintenance business consignment, park maintenance business consignment, facility cleaning consignment, road cleaning consignment, water waterway cleaning consignment, park public toilet cleaning consignment, weeding business consignment, lively street tree business pruning business consignment, park cleaning business consignment, etc.
For design documents other than the above, please contact each department in charge.

Procedures
1 Flow
① Download the application form
Download the application form and fill in required items.
↓
② Send an e-mail with the application form attached
Please attach the completed application form to the e-mail and send it to the department in charge.
↓
③ Receive a confirmation email
We will send an e-mail from the department in charge to inform you of the acceptance of the application form.
↓
④ Received gold design documents
The department in charge will send a design document with the amount attached to the e-mail.
2. Items to be confirmed
1) Within 10 days (excluding closing days) after sending the acceptance confirmation e-mail, we will send you an e-mail with a design document with the amount.
2) If you do not receive the e-mail after the processing period, please contact the department in charge that sent the application form.
3) Please fill in the application form correctly with required items. If there are any omissions, we may not be able to accept them.
4) If the application destination is the same department, multiple subjects can be entered on one application form.
5) Regarding the provision of information on books other than design documents, please follow the procedure by requesting disclosure based on the regulations as before.
6) For details on the construction and commissioned design documents, please contact each department in charge.
