About hazardous used equipment (so-called miscellaneous goods scraps)
Electrical and electronic devices that have been discontinued are often traded as valuable resources, and it has been difficult to demand proper management under regulations as waste until now. However, due to improper handling of fires and other problems in the living environment of conservation, proper management is required.
For this reason, due to the revision of the Waste Management Law from April 1, 2018, 32 used electronic devices have been designated as harmful used devices, notified businesses that handle them, and comply with standards for storage and disposal, etc. Has become mandatory.
