If an individual, corporation, or corporate officer who has obtained permission falls under the disqualification requirements stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 5, Item 2 of the Act, submit the registration form within two weeks. please.
If you do not submit a report within two weeks or make a false report, you may be punished with imprisonment for up to 6 months or a fine of up to 500,000 yen.
