　On April 1, 2024, the "Regulations on Reduction, Recycling and Proper Treatment of Waste in Yokohama City" and some of the rules were revised, and the handling of manifests at Minamihonmoku Fifth Block Waste landfill became possible. When using an electronic manifest, a declaration is required when submitting the industrial waste import registration form.
