Discussions on drainage facilities associated with development projects of less than 1,000 m2 (formerly wastewater drainage screening)

For drainage facilities with plans for development projects (less than 1,000 m2), the City Planning Act, the Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment Regulation Law (hereinafter referred to as the Embankment Regulation Law) Based on the regulations about adjustment such as Yokohama-shi development projects (hereinafter referred to as adjustment regulations), we submit consultation to public sewer manager (Public Works Office each ward) to connect and receive confirmation about conformity to related standards It is procedure to receive. This is the procedure that was discussed in the “Application for Examination of Drainage Fluid for Development Projects of less than 1,000m2” until 2024.

   ※If it falls under the regulation. If you fall under the City Planning Act or the Embankment Regulation Act, please submit it to the Housing and Architecture Bureau department in a separate format.

• Regarding the attached documents (8) Development Project Plan, etc. in the consultation proposal form, if the development activity of less than 500 m2 in the urbanization control area is applicable to the City Planning Act and the Embankment Regulation Law is not applicable, there is no development project plan etc. (not subject to the Development Ordinance).

• Sewerage and Rivers Bureau Sewer Management Division Development Coordinator is responsible for discussions on drainage facilities related to development projects with an area of 1,000 m2 or more.

The consultation proposal form is a development project plan, etc. ※In the case of a specific small-scale development project, only the reception mark is required for attached documents, so it will be accepted after receipt of the development project plan. (* Development Project Plan, etc.: Development Project Plan, Signing registration form and Development Project Plan, Debriefing Project Plan, Signing registration form and Debriefing Project Plan)
If the development activity of less than 500 m2 in the urbanization control area is applicable to the City Planning Act and the Embankment Regulation Law is not applicable, there is no development project plan (not applicable to the Development Ordinance). Please coordinate with the application for development permission under the City Planning Act to Housing and Architecture Bureau.
