Where can I view and obtain the sewer drainage division plan floor plan (Kame noko, basin map)?

We can read and acquire Yokohama-shi drainage division plan floor plan in new city hall the second floor [Yokohama Building Information Center].
The system is free of charge. A copy will be obtained at 30 yen per sheet (A3 version).
