In Yokohama City, we certify "safety of buildings against earthquakes" based on Article 22, Paragraph 2 of the Act on Promotion of Seismic Retrofitting of Buildings as the "Anshin Mark System".
Buildings that meet the seismic standards can display the "Anshin Mark" indicating it.
Newly built buildings are also eligible, so please use them.

Benefits of certification
- A certificate and a "Anshin mark" sticker will be issued to the certified building.
By posting in a position that is easily visible, such as the entrance of a building, it is possible to promote earthquake resistance. - The certification mark can be displayed on advertisements, etc.
How to apply
First of all, please consult us in advance. After confirming the site, we will guide you through the documents required for certification.
After that, please submit the certification application form with required documents to the Building Disaster Prevention Section.
In addition, we would like person performing earthquake-resistant repair work to have you consult beforehand before construction.

- For conformity with earthquake-resistant regulations (buildings with new earthquake-resistant standards * 1)
- For conformity with seismic diagnosis standards (formerly seismic standards * 2 buildings)
- No. 13 style (word: 22KB)
- No. 6 style (word: 13KB) (Attachment is required for wooden)

Style pertaining to construction inspection
Person performing earthquake-resistant repair work from now on, we would like you to have you receive middle inspection, completion inspection of city in principle.
