The energy-saving standards (item LR1) have been revised. For details, please refer to the following page.

Notes

• Both evaluation software and publication software are required. Use the same annual version of the evaluation software and the publication software.
• From April 1, 2025, the old version (2022 version, etc.) cannot be used for new notifications.
• You can use the same version as the original notification for change notification. (The latest version is also available.)
• Please refer to Building Planning Division about downloading of old version software.

  This is a check sheet that can be used to evaluate item Q3 and item LR3. Use is optional.

For evaluation of each item, please use the national version of "CASBEE-Building (New Construction) Evaluation Manual".

• The 2021 SDGs compatible version (supplementary version) and the 2016 version can be downloaded from the Japan Society for Sustainable Architecture (external site).
• The 2021 SDGs compatible version can be purchased from the Housing and Building SDGs Promotion Center (outside site).

Use the mark (label) output to the environmental performance display creation software (Microsoft Excel 2013).
