"Location standards in urbanization adjustment areas" and "Yokohama City Development Examination Committee proposal standards (hereinafter referred to as" proposal standards ") published in the "Guide to Development Permits under the City Planning Act". "and "Standards for Road width" have been revised as follows in order to improve fairness and transparency based on the purpose of the law and based on the actual situation.

In revising this standard, we carry out public opinion solicitation from December 24, 2014 to January 22, 2015 based on the opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc., and revise it.
