Application of the Regulation Law on Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment (April 1, 2025 (planned)) and provisions of the Act
With some revisions of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business for the purpose of responding, etc.,
We perform some revisions such as the enforcement regulations such as the regulations about permission of management such as Yokohama-shi graveyards.
In this revision, based on the outline of the public opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc.
Opinion open call for participants was carried out from December 3, 2024 to January 10, 2025.
