Application of the Regulation Law on Residential Land Development and Specific Embankment (April 1, 2025 (planned)) and provisions of the Act
With some revisions of the regulations about adjustment of Yokohama-shi development business for the purpose of responding, etc.,
Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on Coordination of Yokohama City Development Projects, Detailed Regulations for Enforcement of the Regulations on the Development of Old Residential Lands in Yokohama City and
We perform all revisions of Yokohama-shi City Planning Act enforcement detailed regulations.

In this revision, based on the outline of the public opinion solicitation procedure implementation guidelines pertaining to the Yokohama City Rules, etc.
Opinion open call for participants was held from September 30, 2024 to October 30, 2024.
