Response to construction that spans April 2025 (Notification under Article 21 of the Embankment Regulation Law)

　In the case of starting construction before March 31, 2025 and performing embankments of a certain size or more after the start of the application of the Embankment Regulation Law, the construction owner shall be within 21 days from the start date of application of the Embankment Regulation Law (from April 1 to 22, 2022), a report on embankments based on Article 21, Paragraph 1 of the Embankment Regulation Law is required. After checking the materials, those who are performing construction subject to notification, please prepare for submission. .
